Can attendees register through their own AI assistant?
Yes, for eligible registration flows you choose to open to personal AI assistants. A compatible assistant can help attendees answer questions, select products, and arrange housing under your event’s rules. Attendees verify their email and complete any required payment in their browser. Gated flows, waiting rooms, file uploads, and signatures have additional limits or require the registration website.
Is Jade only for building a registration website?
The attendee website is one part of the operation. Jade also supports registration configuration, participant management, event-data questions, and reporting within enabled features and permissions.
Can our team work directly, or do we need to ask AI?
Your team can use the organizer tools directly and ask Jade for help with supported tasks. Features, permissions, and event configuration determine the available actions.
Does saving a change make it live?
Many configuration changes save to a working draft and require publishing. Some operational actions are immediate. Check the specific action and review its impact; a configuration update does not automatically change existing paid registrations.
Do we have to use Stripe Connect?
No. Jade supports card charges and refunds through other supported gateways. The onsite readers, digital wallets, dispute alerts, and fraud screening described here are part of the Stripe Connect feature set.
Who receives the Stripe payouts?
With Stripe Connect, Stripe pays out to your organization’s bank. Your organization owns the connected account and retains its Stripe pricing agreement. MCI helps with setup.
How does MCI support setup and onsite delivery?
MCI works with your team on requirements, builds and checks the event website, reviews it with decision makers, and provides Jade training. When onsite support is required, MCI’s onsite team supports registration desks and kiosks, with an account manager always present.
